Nocturne and Nightshade - Game Over
He kept leading her deeper into the warehouse. Crates with unknown contents, fork-lifts, overhead cranes, rolling tool cabinets - more and more objects which provided her some cover, but from which he could also launch an attack on her, and it was becoming increasingly difficult to prepare herself. He's trying to wear me down to exhaustion, she thought, get me to make a mistake that he can take advantage of... She approached a corner leading to the office wing of the facility and peeked around. In the darkness, it was difficult to make out anything. The IR view on her visor revealed a number of heat sources - odd for a building that appeared otherwise abandoned - but none that appeared even remotely human. Even worse, she was being lit from behind so anyone in the wing might see her peek around the corner.
